The Role

As Room Leader, you’ll:

• Lead and mentor a team of passionate practitioners in delivering exceptional early years provision
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and development
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support the Deputy and Manager in day-to-day nursery operations
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and care
• Create a vibrant, inclusive environment where every child flourishes

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education & Care (or equivalent) – essential
• Proven experience in a supervisory or room leader role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A natural leader with excellent communication skills
• Genuine passion for child development and early education
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, stimulating environment
