Zero2Five are proud to be working with a well-established, family-focused nursery in the SE27 area that is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident childcare professional who enjoys leading a team, creating inspiring learning experiences, and making a real difference to children’s early development.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Previous Room Leader experience
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
• Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
• A genuine desire to develop your career within Early Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your room team
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and education
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Monitor observations, assessments, and developmental progress
• Promote a positive, reflective, and inclusive environment
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
