Qualified Nursery Practitioner – 20 or 40 Hours

Salary = £27,040.00 – £33,737.60 per year (£14.76 – £16.22 per hour)
£2,000 Joining Bonus (Level 3+ qualified – T&Cs apply)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a full and relevant Level 2 / Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
• Creates engaging learning experiences that support every child’s development
• Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Joining Bonus Terms

• Available to new starters who begin employment on or before 30th August 2026
• Applicants must hold a full and relevant DfE-approved Level 2/Level 3 (or above) Childcare Qualification
• Applicable to contracts between 25-40 hours per week
• Subject to successful pre-employment checks and Right to Work verification
• Bonus is subject to tax and National Insurance where applicable

Please note: Applicants must live within a commutable distance of the nursery and have the Right to Work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available. An Enhanced DBS check is required.
