About You

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, reliable, and professional approach
• Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
• Team player with a desire to learn and develop

The Role

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Support children’s development through engaging and stimulating activities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the nursery
• Promote safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
• Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
