The Role: Lead, Inspire, Create

As a Room Leader or Key Educator, you won’t just be “watching” children—you’ll be crafting their world. Your day will include:

• Leading the Way: Inspiring your team to deliver “wow” moments and outstanding learning opportunities every single day.
• Creating Magic: Planning and providing effective, creative teaching that sparks curiosity and joy.
• Building Bonds: Acting as a dedicated keyworker, ensuring every child feels seen, safe, and supported.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Qualification: A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification (for Room Leader) or Level 2 (for Nursery Assistant).
