Nursery Nurse – Level 3 – Friendly Village Nursery

Location: Near Scampton, Lincoln
Role: Nursery Nurse (Level 3)
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Join a warm, well-established nursery near Scampton that genuinely values its staff. We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to help us deliver inspiring, high-quality Early Years education and care for children aged 0–5.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a Key Person: building strong bonds with children and families
• Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Observing and recording children’s development to support next steps in learning
• Creating a safe, nurturing, well-resourced environment for play and exploration
• Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times

What You’ll Need

• Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Nursery/Early Years experience with children 0–5
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
• Paediatric First Aid and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
