Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (Outstanding for a Deputy role)

Zero2Five is proud to be recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager on behalf of a highly regarded nursery near Hammersmith.

We are looking for someone who leads with warmth, clarity and purpose — someone who understands that young children learn as much from who we are as from what we teach.

You will ideally have:

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or above)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Current Safeguarding & Child Protection training
• Experience working in a high-quality day nursery setting
• Excellent communication and literacy skills
• A warm, enthusiastic approach and a true love of supporting children’s development
